Our mission is to preserve pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders by offering biblical counseling, safe spaces for renewal, and holistic care. We believe no leader should walk through seasons of struggle alone.

We serve pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders who need confidential, compassionate, and biblical support. Our care is extended to individuals, couples, and families connected to ministry.

We offer one-on-one biblical counseling sessions, crisis care, intensive counseling experiences, and workshops. We also provide opportunities for rest and renewal through retreats and, in the future, dedicated retreat housing.

Currently, the husband-and-wife team and certified biblical counseling team of Dane and Paola Hall.  They possess over 10 years of experience each in the coaching, counseling, and care space.

No leader is ever turned away for financial reasons. While care and counseling services have real costs, our donor-supported model ensures that pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders can receive care and counseling regardless of their ability to pay.

Currently, we provide care through a private office in The Woodlands, Texas, as well as to missionaries in 6 different countries. We also provide support through workshops, intensives, and expect to participate in mission trips. We also travel to meet with leaders when needed locally and domestically.

Yes. For leaders who cannot travel to The Woodlands, we provide virtual biblical counseling sessions and online workshops.

We focus on biblical care and counseling, Spirit-led counseling that integrates rest, transparency, and healing. We walk with leaders in their struggles and wins while creating a safe and confidential space for each person.

An Intensive is a multi-day counseling experience designed for individuals or couples in crisis or in need of focused care. These are designed to provide deep healing and restoration in a concentrated timeframe.

Yes. We provide initial and ongoing biblical counseling training, equipping leaders to minister effectively and sustainably. We also facilitate workshops that help churches and ministries care for their leaders.

Our ministry is supported primarily through individual donors, churches, and foundations. Donations cover counseling scholarships, workshops, staff support, and mission trips.

Over the next 3–5 years, our vision is to acquire land and build retreat spaces where pastors, missionaries, and their families can rest, heal, and reconnect. This will provide a long-term solution for sustaining leaders in ministry.
