Why Preserved Matters
Pre·Serve - verb /prəˈzərv/ - maintain (something) in its original or existing state; to keep safe from injury, harm, or destruction.
Preserved International was established to provide care and counseling for the soul and spirit. At the core of who we are is a belief that our greatest human need is to remain connected—both to God and to others.
Yet, in the demands of daily life, it’s easy to become overwhelmed. Over time, our patience and compassion can wear thin, making it difficult to care for others in the way we’re called to. We may also begin to experience strain in our closest relationships—with our spouses, family, friends, coworkers, and those we lead.
We affirm that each person is uniquely created and equipped to love, serve others, and make Christ known. Our focus is to help preserve that truth in the lives of those we serve.
Pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders play a vital role in the health of the communities around them. When a leader is struggling, the impact is rarely isolated. That is why we provide support, time, and care that strengthens emotional and spiritual health.
This is the heart of our pastoral work—preserving God-given value and helping leaders remain steady in the midst of what they carry.
We are intentionally present, walking alongside those who desire care.
“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
Our Heart
We believe that those who serve others should not have to carry the weight alone.
Pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders play a vital role in the health of the communities they serve. When they are supported personally, it strengthens everything they are called to lead.
Our desire is to create space where leaders can be cared for—so they can continue serving from a place of emotional and spiritual health.
Our Mission
We provide Christ-centered care for pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders through pastoral guidance, biblical counsel, and intentional support.
Our focus is to help preserve their God-given value and strengthen them in seasons that feel heavy, overwhelming, or isolating.
Why It Matters
When leaders are carrying more than they can sustain, it doesn’t just affect them—it impacts the families, churches, and communities they serve.
We believe that healthy leaders create healthy communities. When leaders are cared for personally, they are better able to lead, serve, and remain steady in what they are called to do.
As leaders receive care, they often experience less burnout, greater balance, freedom from anxiety, deeper rest, and more stable relationships.
This work is about more than support—it’s about strengthening what God is doing through those on the frontlines.
What We Do
We provide Christ-centered care and biblical counseling for pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders who often carry more than they can sustain on their own.
We come alongside those we serve—creating space to be honest, receive care, and navigate seasons that feel heavy or overwhelming.
Through intentional care and biblical guidance, we help leaders remain steady, cared for, and able to continue in what they have been called to do.
About the Founders
Hello friends—we’re Dane and Paola Hall, and we’re glad you’re here.
Our heart is to reveal Christ through every interaction and to care for those who spend their lives caring for others. We are especially passionate about serving those on the frontlines—pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders.
Over the last decade, we have served and led various ministries in the North Houston area, focusing on disciple-making, evangelism, equipping, prayer, and biblical counseling. Paola also leads Power & Love Marriage, a marriage training and formation initiative focused on strengthening relationships through Christ-centered care. Through this work, we’ve seen firsthand the need for leaders to have a space where they can be cared for personally.
We have been married for over 20 years and recently launched our son to college. Through our own journey, we have experienced God’s healing, love, and joy in our marriage and family life—shaping our desire to help others experience the restoring power of the Gospel.
Preserved International flows from that calling: to walk alongside others and help them live a life grounded in Christ, supported, and sustained in every season.
We are grateful for your prayers and support.
“May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely… may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless…”
(1 Thessalonians 5:23)
