Our workshops are designed to help pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders rest, reflect, and strengthen their emotional, relational, and spiritual health. Each session is interactive, biblical, focused, and practical.
These gatherings are not just classes — they’re opportunities to slow down, listen, and realign with God’s design for wholeness.

The Process
Our Core Workshops are intentional and designed to address ways to strengthen pastors, church staff, leaders, and ministry teams as they serve the Church Body.
Once we do an initial assessment, we will schedule a time to meet for 3-5 hours and chart out a customized workshop experience for you individually, your group, or team as you continue to serve and make Christ known.
Areas of Focus for the Workshops:
Counseling Conversations — Sharpening skills, relationship triage, becoming a safe listener, managing conflict and criticism.
Creating “Sacred” Spaces — Designing physical and emotional environments that invite peace, prayer, and connection with God.
Care for Leaders — Practical tools to participate in biblical rest, reflection, and spiritual health.
Rest & Restore Focused Conversations — Guidance on planning and experiencing time away for spiritual and emotional fortitude.

What You Can Expect
Biblical Application
Scriptural application is key. The Scriptures have the final say in our direction with how we think, the conclusion we draw and actions we take. The Intensive is governed by a biblical foundation, and we will learn to follow the word of God, the person of Jesus and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Equipped
Develop tools that will equip you to respond to what life throws at you. For example, responding to adversity, exploring an in-depth view on forgiveness, understanding what a wounded heart looks like, emotionally caring for yourself, viewing pain and suffering in a more helpful way, influencing change in your life and relationships, discovering new truths about yourself and more.
Prayer
We pray together. We learn to pray and utilize prayer to help us in all we learn and discover true care and counseling from God. This is the default response to everything in our lives.
Care and Counseling
Our Intensive provides the equivalent of 3 months of care and counseling in 2 days. During the intensive journey of approximately 10 hours, we grow together, discover and expose life’s truth and experience change.
Individual Support
At the point when you register for the intensive, you become part of the Preserve International Community. This means we offer care to help walk with you through your challenges and celebrate with you when successes come your way.
Healing Time
One of the biggest things standing in the way of healing are the attitudes that permeate the heart and mind. We will explore how healing happens and how to develop the attitudes that promote healing.
Flexibility in Scheduling
We offer intensives typically in a 2-day format for individuals and couples that provides 10-12 of gospel-informed care and counseling. Our intensives are customized to your specific issues and level of need. We can schedule intensives during other times as resources allow.
