Care and Biblical Counseling

You don’t have to carry what you’re facing alone.

Stress, burnout, anxiety, and relational challenges don’t have to become your way of life—we are here to walk with you.

Our Approach to Care

Our care is grounded in Scripture and centered on the person of Jesus. We look to God’s Word as our foundation—shaping how we think, how we respond, and how we walk through each situation together.

We provide gospel-centered, relational care for missionaries, pastors, and ministry leaders—both in person and virtually. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relational conflict, leadership pressures, or personal challenges, we are here to walk with you.

We do not offer a system or a formula for change, but a person—Jesus Christ. Through His life, death, and resurrection, He has shown the depth of God’s love and provides the foundation for true healing and transformation.

Biblical counseling is one way to begin this journey of care, but our heart is to walk with you beyond a single approach—offering ongoing support, presence, and guidance along the way.

You’re Not Alone.

Maybe this isn’t where you expected to be—but you don’t have to walk through it by yourself.

We are here to help you not only navigate what you’re facing, but to grow through it—with God’s help.

Healing and change are possible.

Whether you are working through conflict, recovering from betrayal, or facing personal or relational challenges, we will walk with you—looking to Scripture for guidance, clarity, and direction every step of the way.

If this resonates with where you are, we would be honored to walk alongside you. All conversations are confidential and handled with care.

How We Serve You

We begin by getting to know you and understanding what you’re carrying. This first step is simply a conversation—creating space for you to share openly and be heard.

As experienced biblical counselors, we walk with you through intentional time together—offering care, guidance, and support as you navigate your situation.

This is not a one-time interaction, but a relationship of care that unfolds over time, allowing space for growth, healing, and lasting change.

Areas We May Walk Through Together:

Every situation is unique, but some of the areas we may walk through together include:

• Relational conflict and communication
• Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
• Grief and loss
• Marriage and family challenges
• Leadership and ministry pressures
• Personal struggles and life transitions

Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to walk through it alone.

Once your forms and portal has been set up, you’ll be able to schedule your appointments in your personal portal using the link below.

What You Can Expect

Customized Care Plan

After you complete your forms and set up your portal, we will have a discovery meeting (in person or virtual) that will allow us to go deeper and provide insight into how we will structure our time and frequency.

Biblical Application

Scriptural application is key. The Scriptures have the final say in our direction with how we think, the conclusion we draw and actions we take. The care and counseling time is  governed by a biblical foundation, and we will learn to follow the word of God, the person of Jesus and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Equipped

Develop tools that will equip you to respond to what life throws at you. For example, responding to adversity, exploring an in-depth view on forgiveness, understanding what a wounded heart looks like, emotionally caring for yourself, viewing pain and suffering in a more helpful way, influencing change in your life and relationships, discovering new truths about yourself and more.

Prayer

We pray together. We learn to pray and utilize prayer to help us in all we learn and discover true care and counseling from God. This is the default response to everything in our lives.

Commitment

We are fully committed to going on this journey with you, therefore, we ask that you also commit to at least a 6-month care plan to ensure the work we do together is permanent and not just a temporary fix. Learning and discovery takes time and effort. We’re here for you!

Individual Support

At the point when you commit to our care and counseling, you become part of the Preserve International Community. This means we offer care to help walk with you through your challenges and celebrate with you when successes come your way.

Healing Time

One of the biggest things standing in the way of healing are the attitudes that permeate the heart and mind. We will explore how healing happens and how to develop the attitudes that promote healing.

Scheduling

Our meetings will generally be scheduled for one hour and together we will determine frequency. You will have access to your personal portal to schedule our sessions in advance (virtually or in person).

Your Donations

Providing Care and Counseling to you involves cost. We have established Preserved International with the intent of making this ministry of presence available to Pastors, Missionaries, and Ministry Leaders with suggested donation amounts. If you are able to give more, your additional donation helps support those that cannot and they’re able to receive care and counseling scholarships. Please talk to us if you need a scholarship.
