Dane Hall
Speaker | Leadership & Marriage Formation | Christ-Centered Care
Dane is passionate about serving the body of Christ. For more than a decade, he served as a pastor with a focus on prayer, discipleship, and evangelism. Currently, he works as a care and counseling professional to individuals and couples—particularly pastors, missionaries, leaders, fellow counselors, and marketplace professionals who carry significant responsibility yet often lack a space to be supported personally.
Through his work with Preserved International and Power & Love Marriage, Dane provides Christ-centered formation, support, and care that helps individuals and couples move from performance-driven patterns to lives marked by clarity, stability, and alignment with truth. His approach is not built on quick solutions or surface-level strategies, but on deep and intentional formation—addressing what is happening beneath the surface so lasting change can take shape over time. Dane brings a unique perspective into executive and leadership environments, helping high-capacity individuals engage their personal lives, marriages, and internal world with the same intentionality they bring to their work. He speaks with clarity, steadiness, and conviction—creating space for reflection, honesty, healing, and meaningful next steps. He has been speaking for more than 10 years and strongly believes in participation and immersion as keys to serving others in this capacity.
He is the co-founder of Preserved International and Power and Love Marriage LLC and was a biblical marriage counselor for 10 years. Dane’s mission is to provide genuine care, rest, transparency, and healing for those who dedicate their lives to serving others. He and his wife, Paola, have been married for 20 years and are blessed with two adult children.
Dane is an author, trained in biblical counseling, a certified marriage facilitator, trained in organizational psychology, and a college graduate. His heart remains steadfast in equipping the Church and championing healthy, transformative relationships.
I desire to create meaningful opportunities to serve leaders who carry significant responsibility yet often lack a space to be supported personally. Through over a decade of work in the areas of leadership, marriage and relationships and now through Preserved International and Power & Love Marriage, I come alongside individuals and couples to provide Christ-centered formation, biblical support, and care—helping them move from performance-driven patterns to lives marked by clarity, stability, and alignment with truth.
What draws me to the community of speakers is the alignment with leaders who are not only influencing organizations but shaping culture and people. Many of these leaders are navigating pressure in both their professional and personal lives, yet often do not have a place to engage with what is happening beneath the surface.
My approach is not built on quick solutions or surface-level strategies, but on deep and intentional formation—creating space for honesty, reflection, and lasting change over time. I believe this perspective is both needed and often missing in leadership and executive environments. The speaker community provides a context to bring this kind of care into leadership spaces—helping high-capacity individuals engage their personal lives, marriages, and internal world with the same intentionality they bring to their work.
I’m drawn to the opportunity to serve, to contribute meaningfully, and to be part of a network, communities, commuities and events that are committed to integrating faith, leadership, and personal formation in a way that is both grounded and impactful.
