Preserving God-Given Value and Purpose
Preserved International was established with the conviction that our greatest human need is to remain connected—both to God and to others. We believe every person is uniquely created and equipped to love, serve others, and make Christ known. Our focus is to help preserve that truth in the lives of those we serve.
Life moves at the speed of relationships. The demands of life and leadership can influence how we think, respond, make decisions, and relate to others. When these areas go unrecognized or unaddressed, the effects can extend into our families, churches, teams, and organizations.
Healthy leadership begins with a healthy leader. The personal, relational, and spiritual health of those who lead influences how they navigate challenges, shepherd people, and fulfill their responsibilities.
That's why we help pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders recognize what needs attention, work through it biblically, strengthen important relationships, and develop healthier ways of living, relating, and leading—contributing to healthier people and organizations.

Preserved International helps pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, and organizations strengthen personal, relational, and spiritual health through biblically grounded guidance, practical equipping, and intentional engagement.
Our mission is to help those we serve recognize concerns early, respond with biblical wisdom, and cultivate healthy relationships and organizational environments that support effective leadership and faithful service.

Preserved International works with individuals, couples, pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, teams, and organizations through personalized biblical counseling, focused intensives, workshops, and leadership and organizational consulting.
Our approach creates opportunities for honest reflection, biblical guidance, practical equipping, and intentional development. Whether working with an individual or an organization, we help identify areas needing attention, address challenges, and establish healthier practices that strengthen both people and the environments in which they live, serve, and lead.

MEET THE FOUNDERS
Dane & Paola Hall
Hello friends—we’re Dane and Paola Hall, and we’re glad you’re here.
Our heart is to reveal Christ through every interaction and to serve those who spend their lives serving others. This is especially true of our work with pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders, whose personal and relational health influences the people and communities entrusted to them.
For more than a decade, we have served in ministry through disciple-making, evangelism, prayer, biblical counseling, mentoring, and equipping others. We have also had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and leaders through different seasons of life and ministry.
We have been married for over 21 years, and our own journey has been shaped by God's healing, love, and faithfulness. These experiences have deepened our conviction that every person has God-given value and purpose, and that our relationships with God and one another are foundational to how we live and serve.
As we continued the work of Therismos Gospel Project (TGP), we became increasingly aware of the importance of strengthening those who lead and serve. Through our work with pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders, we saw how their personal, relational, and spiritual health influenced not only their own lives but also the people and organizations entrusted to them.
Preserved International grew from that experience as a focused initiative of Therismos Gospel Project, extending our commitment to strengthening the Church Body and those serving in the harvest.
