More Than A Scheduled Session
Our approach is personal, relational, and biblically grounded. We take time to know you, understand what you're navigating, and give attention to the whole person—not simply the concern that brought you to us.
We recognize that meaningful support doesn't always fit neatly into a one-hour appointment. Along with scheduled sessions, we stay connected through intentional check-ins, prayer, conversation, and, when appropriate, time together in environments that allow for honest reflection and connection.
We want to walk with you through challenges, recognize growth, celebrate what God is doing, and help you remain healthy and steady in the life and work He has entrusted to you.

Our counseling experience is personalized, relational, and grounded in Scripture. We begin by understanding your circumstances, listening to what you're carrying, and identifying the areas that need attention.
Together, we create space for honest conversation, biblical guidance, prayer, and practical application—helping you engage intentionally with what God is doing in your life and relationships.

We understand the unique realities of leadership and the importance of having a trusted place to speak openly.
Your privacy and confidentiality are foundational to the support we provide.
COMMITMENT
Meaningful growth takes time, consistency, and intentional participation. We are fully committed to walking this journey with you, and we ask for that same commitment in return. An initial six-month care plan gives us time to move beyond immediate concerns, engage the process intentionally, and work toward meaningful and sustainable growth.

Scripture is foundational to our work together and governs our approach.
We help you apply biblical truth to your thoughts, responses, relationships, decisions, and everyday life as you learn to follow the Word of God, become more like Jesus, and respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
PERSONALIZED CARE PLAN
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll identify your needs, goals, and areas of focus and develop a personalized plan for our work together. We intentionally support you through challenges, recognizing growth, and celebrating what God is doing along the way.
PRAYER
Prayer is foundational to how we walk with you. We pray with you and for you, while helping you learn to engage God in prayer as you process, learn, and grow. Rather than prayer being a last resort, we cultivate it as a first response—seeking the Holy Spirit's wisdom, direction, and counsel in every area of life.
SCHEDULING & CHECK-INS
Scheduled sessions are generally one hour and may be held virtually or in person. Together, we'll determine an appropriate frequency. Between sessions, we stay connected through brief 5–15 minute intentional check-ins to provide encouragement, follow up, and remain engaged in the process with you.
CONTRIBUTION & ACCESSIBILITY
Providing personalized care and counseling involves real costs. Preserved International is supported by suggested contributions and the generosity of our partners, helping us make this ministry of presence accessible to pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders.
Those who are able to give beyond the suggested contribution help make support available to leaders who may need financial assistance. If finances are a concern, please talk with us. We don't want finances to keep you from reaching out.
