PRESENCE NIGHTS
Worship the Lord Our God.
A gathering of believers from across local churches, devoted to worshiping God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Sing. Read. Ponder the Glory of God.
WHY WE GATHER
A Simple Gathering. One Purpose. To Worship Him.
“Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power.” — Revelation 4:11 (ESV)
Presence Nights was born out of a desire to see believers from across the body of Christ gather with one shared purpose:
To worship our King and grow in communion with Him.
We belong to one body in Christ. Regardless of where we worship on Sundays, we are united by one Lord and invited to come together to glorify Him.
We've intentionally set apart a simple space where we can lay aside distractions, turn our attention away from ourselves, and fix our eyes on Jesus.
We come to behold His beauty, remember His sacrifice, rest in the Father's love, and yield to the Holy Spirit.
This is not about a church, a leader, or a performance. We come not to seek attention for ourselves, but to give Him the honor and glory He deserves. It is about Him.
“He must increase, but I must decrease.” — John 3:30 (ESV)
WHAT TO EXPECT
A Simple Gathering. A Shared Posture of Worship.
“Through him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God.” — Hebrews 13:15 (ESV)
Presence Nights is an informal, extended time of worship, Scripture reading, prayerful reflection, and communion.
There is no stage performance or traditional service format. We gather around one shared purpose: to magnify the Lord together.
Worship That Exalts God: We sing songs focused on who God is—His holiness, character, majesty, works, and glory. Our desire is to sing about the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, rather than making ourselves the subject of worship.
“Sing to the LORD, bless his name; tell of his salvation from day to day.” — Psalm 96:2 (ESV)
Scripture Reading & Reflection: We encourage everyone to bring their Bible. If you would like to share a passage of Scripture, you're welcome to approach the stand and read directly from the Bible provided (ESV). Our desire is to hear God's Word together and allow it to direct our hearts toward Him.
“Devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture.” — 1 Timothy 4:13 (ESV)
Communion: The Lord's Supper is available as we remember Jesus Christ and His sacrifice. We encourage you to take time for confession, repentance, thanksgiving, and quiet reflection before partaking.
“Do this in remembrance of me.” — Luke 22:19 (ESV)
Freedom to Worship, With Consideration for Others: You are welcome to sit, stand, kneel, pray, or quietly reflect. We've intentionally arranged our time together to minimize distractions and keep our attention on the Lord.
We ask everyone to participate with humility and consideration for others, remembering that this time is devoted to ministering unto Him. Our time together is specifically devoted to ministering unto the Lord through worship and Scripture.
“Let all things be done decently and in order.” — 1 Corinthians 14:40 (ESV)
Come with an expectant heart, but without pressure or expectation of a particular experience. Our desire is that Jesus remains at the center of everything we do.
WHAT TO BRING
Come As You Are. Bring a Willing Heart.
We gather indoors in a warehouse, where we've intentionally kept things simple. Seating is not provided, so please bring your own lawn chair.
At times, the warehouse doors may remain open, and heating or air conditioning may not be available. Please dress comfortably with the weather in mind.
Please Bring:
A lawn chair — Please bring your own seating.
Your Bible — We encourage you to follow along and spend time in God's Word.
A knee cushion — If you'd like to kneel during worship or prayer.
An open heart — Come ready to worship, listen, reflect, and rest in the Lord.
Do You Play an Instrument?
